There are days when I choose to go salt free for my breakfast. Banana Smoothie Bowl is my natural and favourite choice on those days.

Two frozen bananas
One tsp of vanilla essence
One tbsp of peanut butter
One tsp of unsweetened coco powder
4-5 tbsp of any milk
Blend all the ingredients and keep the consistency little smoothie like, not too runny.
Now pour the smoothie in a bowl and decorate it with different but ingredients that fills you up. I used one sliced banana , chiaseeds , granola and berries. .
