Breakfast is an important meal. It is a must to feed your body a balanced meal, a concept which we studied in our school text books, but forgot as we fell for many fad diets. From Keto to paleo, to high protein, low carbs, no matter which diet you follow, no diet nourishes a body as a balanced diet does.
We found one amazing breakfast recipe on the YouTube channel of Gordon Ramsay, where he cooked red beans in onion and tomato sauce and added flavours with vinegar, sugar and oyster sauce. Then instead of just putting these flavourful beans on a toasted bread, he cooked potato cakes for the base. The final dish is so yummy to eat.
